ACRO-PERDA manufactures different types of automatic centrifugal shot blasting turbines.
Our new shot blasting turbines offer our customers a turbine with a simple design that guarantees an excellent steel shot quality and which at the same time is robust and long-lasting, increasing its reliability.

We manufacture two different types of turbines:
- Straight blade turbine (Flat).
- Curved blade turbine (Gamma Y).
Curved blades, in comparison to straight or flat blades, have the following advantages:- Smaller diameter
- Less operating noise
Our centrifugal turbine is divided into two types:
- With a direct engine that is coupled.
- With an indirect engine, coupled by a shaft.
Design advantages
- Thanks to its design, the housing is extremely easy to maintain and has few screws.
- The interchangeable plates provide added protection against wear of the housing.
- This means less assembly time and lower maintenance and repair costs.
Technical specifications of our turbines
The end, top and side liners/wear plates protect the interior of the turbine from abrasive wear.
The end liners are easy to install and can be quickly replaced.
The shot blast angle can be selected and adjusted in the control cage, which serves to concentrate the shot blast directly to the hot spot. (The area where the pieces are optimally exposed to the steel shot.)

Refitting or replacement of old turbines:
For customers who have had problems with their old shot blasting turbines, we offer a Refitting Service, replacing old turbines with our new ones to increase production, extend the useful life and improve energy efficiency, reducing maintenance and costs.
Fitting a new turbine is possible when the size and capacity of the old turbine are the same. Consult the Technical Characteristics document which includes all of the features of our Centrifugal Turbines to see if replacement is possible or not.
