ACRO-PERDA manufactures and supplies shot blasting brushes in all qualities and sizes.
On request from the customer, we adapt our manufacturing systems to the project or design of the required brush. This means that we can supply exclusive models adapted to the needs of our customers.
The ACRO-PERDA technical brushes are designed and manufactured with maximum guarantees, providing a use-efficient performance by applying the most suitable fibres and materials, for each customer and for each shot blasting machine.
New brushes or refits
We can supply new brushes or refit old ones.
New Brushes:
We can manufacture brushes based on the required features, core measurements, filaments and quality of material.
Refitted Brushes:
We reuse the core of the brush, if it is in good condition, and refit it with new filaments of the same or superior quality.
Material according to use
Our brushes are manufactured using different materials, according to the use of the brush for different industrial sectors.
Synthetic:
Nylon, Rilsan, Polyamides 6, 6.6, 6.12, Abrasive Polyamide 6.12, PBT Polyester, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, PVC.
Natural:
Horsehair, wild boar hair, alpaca, Calcutta, Tampico fibres.
Metal:
Tin, brass, Bessemer steel, tempered steel, brass-plated steel, stainless steel AISI-304.
